Throughout my career I have focused on bringing clarity, compassion and commitment to my work. I coach individuals to help them reach their full potential and consult with leaders to help their organizations be more profitable and effective. In addition I am helping teams and team leaders develop the skills to work together collaboratively to accomplish their goals. For me it is important to create work environments that respect, celebrate and engage diverse individuals in solving problems creatively.

I am an executive coach, an organization development consultant and an expert facilitator. I have worked with organizations and individuals to design and implement change initiatives that produce commitment and engagement to the future. This involved designing leadership development programs that are practical and work in all regions of the globe. I have used and developed 360° feedback surveys and other leadership assessments to help individuals and teams gain insight on their strengths and areas for improvement. In partnering with individuals, teams and organizations our mutual goal has been to strengthen their ability to develop people and produce results.

My work experience includes work in corporate organizations, in higher education and in non-profit settings. I have learned to adapt universal human development principles and designs to the unique requirements of various work environments and cultures.

I have 36 years of experience in Human Resources. My work includes Change Management, Executive Coaching, Consulting, Organization Development, Mentoring, Talent Management and Instructor Led Training (specifically sessions that challenge managers to be leaders and leaders to develop other leaders).

A seasoned Human Resource Generalist, I worked for Johnson & Johnson companies for over 30 years. I now combine my expertise in coaching with consulting experience, facilitation skills and business knowledge to help clients resolve complex organizational issues. I have provided executives with deeper insights into their company's business, culture, people and job expectations and have worked on numerous global projects that have elevated the Voice of The Customer into HR transformation efforts and have impacted policy and change across the enterprise.

For decades, my client groups have experienced my talent and passion, especially as I work with company presidents, business unit leaders and general managers, both domestically and abroad, and leaders in major transition to higher levels of responsibility. I use my skills to help develop high performing teams, create strong organizational culture with a spirit of inclusion and deliver a pipeline of future leaders.

I partnered with clients to help them achieve personal and professional objectives through building collaborative relationships and enhancing their self awareness and interpersonal effectiveness.

I have a Master of Arts in History from Lehigh University. I earned my undergraduate degree in History from the University of Portland.
