I have worked as a consultant, trainer and coach for local and multinational companies for more than 15 years. I am an inspiring person who achieves lasting results from the training I give and I am highly regarded by delegates and clients.
My personal purpose is to help people and teams to reach their full potential.
I fully believe that people learn best from the “inside out”. That is why I use the experiential learning as a way of challenging people to step out of their comfort zone and to discover new possibilities. This is effective even when people have many years of previous experience and think that there is little for them left to learn.
Grounded in outdoor activities, I have been involved in some of Europe’s leading cultural change programmes that have used challenge courses and experiential learning as the backbone for supporting the required change to the business.
My areas of expertise are leadership, teambuilding, sales, creativity and communication.
I studied psychology and I have several post graduate degrees in Human Resources Management, Co-active Coaching and Co-active Leadership. I am also MBTI certified.
I am Spanish and live in Barcelona.

I feel privileged because I have been fortunate enough in my professional career to work in a field that I am passionate about.
I feel most satisfied when I help people and organisations reach their potential and create work environments that are humane, and at the same time, efficient.
For more than 20 years I have worked for various local and international companies as a manager in both HR Development and Internal Communication. This has given me excellent experience in training, people development, leadership, change management and internal communication. I have had the opportunity of increasing the impact of people’s behaviour and improving relationships in organisations and I find this inspiring.
My conclusion is that generally people can understand and accept concepts, models and new ideas. The difficulty lies in changing behaviour and more specifically, in integrating new concepts or models into our natural way of doing things. Frequently I’ve heard people say, “I know the keys to working and communicating better with my team, but I’m not succeeding...”
The valuable experience I gained during this phase of my life led me to co-create a project specifically focused on experiential learning and coaching. These methods are the most powerful tools I know to help adults integrate learning and really transform attitudes and behaviours.
I have a Masters Degree in Organisational Communication (University of Barcelona- Les Heures) and an Advanced Masters in People Management and Development (ESADE). I’ve also completed the Co-active Coaching Program with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and I am an ICF accredited executive coach.
I speak Spanish and Catalan and I live in Barcelona – which is for me a truly beautiful city.

Before becoming independent, I gained a wide experience as Human Resources Manager in a range of companies including Kraft, United Biscuits and the Spanish Railways. I specialised in training, development, communication and change management. During this time, I reached a personal conclusion: What you add through processes is limited.
This conclusion is based on two premises: Firstly, each person is complete and comes to this world with the whole toolbox, and secondly, nobody can teach adults. We learn when we are interested in something or we believe in its potential usefulness. I therefore focus on experiential learning and coaching and perceive my role as a helper.
I love helping others to develop their own insights and tools. My responsibility is to create the appropriate environment and the opportunities to learn and grow.
The combined action of experiential learning and coaching is the driving force, the most powerful tool I can offer anyone (or organisation) to catalyse the personal development process. The real improvement doesn’t happen when we learn something new; it happens when we change our attitudes and behaviours.
I studied Social Science and I have several post graduate degrees in Human Resources Management, Organisational Development, Co-active Coaching and Co-active Leadership.
I am Spanish and live to the south of Barcelona with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean.
