Individuals are full of resources, abilities and strengths. In my profession as a trainer and consultant, I really appreciate having the opportunity to help people develop their personal qualities and to adapt them to business expectations.

During my studies as a foreign student in Germany, I was fortunate to work in adult education where I discovered my talent for training. Motivating people, awakening their enthusiasm for learning and creating a positive working atmosphere are among the reasons why participants enjoy my workshops. During my interventions, I focus on participants’ goals and how habits can be modified in order to reach them.

I gained tremendous professional experience with LTU (Lufttransport Unternehmen) between 1986 and 1997 working in different areas of the airline business. I became convinced of the importance of communication skills in gaining customer satisfaction, business goals and personal success. Due to my pedagogical background, I also worked as a team leader, coach and trainer before I finally left the airline business to start working independently with different international training companies including AchieveGlobal International, Transvu and Aureka.

I focus my training in the areas where I have personal professional experience such as leadership and team development, customer service and communication, as this is where I feel I can really add value.

I studied languages and adult education in Germany and graduated with a Master of Arts degree. I live in Düsseldorf with my family and conduct workshops throughout Europe in German, English and in my mother tongue, French.
