Courses

These outlines show you what our workshops might look like and the topics we can cover. However, we prefer to listen to you first, explore if process improvements are needed and adapt our courses to close gaps in existing competencies, skills or behaviours. This means you get a product which really matches your requirements. Our aim is, above all, that it works for you.

Our courses are neither standard nor “stand alone” but part of an overall performance improvement framework. To make sure you get maximum results, we recommend the following process:

Before the workshop:
Participants should know why they are attending and what specifically they want to improve. This self awareness can be raised in a pre-course discussion with their manager and/or with a Snowball questionnaire.

Pre-work helps to build a foundation for maximum practice, raise self awareness and generate real life examples for practical exercises and discussion during the course.

During the workshop:
Participants’ learning objectives influence the aims and content of the workshop. Our approach is practical. We make sure participants leave our courses with tools they can and want to use, which will in turn help them to make a difference in their work. They identify their personal action plan during the course and transfer exercises ensure they are clear about their next steps.

Courses can also be modular to ensure optimal implementation.

After the workshop:
We recommend that participants share their implementation plan with their manager to gain frequent on-the-job feedback for ongoing improvement. We can also support you with further follow-up or monitoring tools depending on your needs.

We work with both groups and individuals worldwide. Together with our close network of consultants, we deliver in English, Croatian, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Norwegian, Russian, Spanish and Turkish.
