Snowball is a multi-national training and coaching company.
We specialise in the development of people and organisations and do this through training, facilitating, coaching and consulting. We deliver in English, Croatian, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Norwegian, Russian, Spanish and Turkish.
Our guiding principle is to understand your needs and to adapt what we do to meet those needs. We customise everything, so you get a product which matches your requirements, for both groups and individuals. We focus on transfer to the workplace and performance improvement which, in turn, should influence your bottom line.
Our work is practical and based on what we know works in organisations from our many years of experience. As well as our pragmatic approach, we are creative about how we engage people and we deliver with energy and sparkle.
We have formed a close network of consultants with whom we work internationally.
