  • Debriefing on communication, responsibilities, problem solving, leadership
  • Exchanging expectations, strengths and requests for change from team to team
  • Structured feedback on status quo
  • Agreeing responsibilities for cross functional tasks, projects
  • Challenges to overcome for overall cross functional co-operation
  • Creative problem solving
  • Agreed next steps and responsibilities for a clear way forward
